CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

1. We accept returns and provide refunds for products that are damaged or defective, or for
products that are not as described on our website.

2. To be eligible for a return and refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your
order and provide evidence of the damage or defect. We reserve the right to request
additional evidence or information before accepting a return.

3. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they
were received. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been damaged or
altered.

4. The refund would be processed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving the product, subject to the condition and packaging. The shipping charges would be deducted from the refund amount.
 

5 Full amount would be refunded within 3 to 7 business days, if there is Cancellation of any Orders before shipping. Once the product is shipped, the shipping charges would be deducted and the rest remaining amount would be refunded within 3 to 7 business days.
