ushkinskaya Square is situated near the heart of Moscow, just off Tverskaya Street, one of the most famous and busiest streets in the city.
The square is named after the great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin, and the Pushkin Monument is located in the center of the square. This statue, dedicated to Pushkin, is one of the most iconic and well-known monuments in Moscow.
The central bronze statue of Alexander Pushkin stands prominently in the square. The monument was unveiled in 1880, long before the Soviet era, but it remained a symbol of cultural continuity during the USSR.
